Artist's statement:
"Moquette Volante is an emerging Middle Eastern theatrical dance company, dedicated to bringing Middle Eastern folklore, from Arabian Nights tales to Turkish and Morroccan folk tales, to a Western audience through dance and spoken word storytelling."

We set up on stage at Your Inner Vagabond during regular hours to shoot this. People drinking Turkish coffee, working on their laptops, being entertained by this performance/photoshoot. Good times.

Technical stuff: a couple of strobes with white umbrellas, one at stage left, one at stage right. Subjects dancing, because taking pictures of people standing still is boring.
